Pear Sauce
Pear sauce is divinely aromatic—a great weekend comfort food that's incredibly easy to make.
8 – 10 Organic Bartletts
¼ cup Water
2 tsp Organic Lemon Juice
1 tsp Organic Cinnamon
½ tsp Organic Ginger
Peel, core and dice pears. Combine with remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, until pears are soft. Blend with an immersion blender or mash with a potato masher and enjoy the sweet rewards.
