The fruit soaks up the summer sun and ripens in fall and winter, helping the citrus develop a deep colored peel and high levels of total soluble solids, resulting in a sweeter taste. To ensure a year-round supply, we source fruit from three different districts.

Valencia oranges were originally grown on a Southern California farm in the mid 19th century. Production is still going strong today. Most popular for juicing, Valencia oranges feature a well-balanced tart to sweet ratio, and a golden orange colored flesh.
